Dr. John Michael Fay

We have been going to Dr. Fay for a number of years. The staff along with Dr. Fay have always been very pleasant and we have always enjoyed going. This past week my 11 year old needed a filling. She did fine with the initial injection. When doctor was giving her the 2nd injection my daughter jumped/moved/flinched I am not sure because I was not in the room. Because of this, doctor stabbed himself with the needle. I understand it probably hurt. But what Dr. Fay did next was completely uncalled for. He yelled at my daugther that because of her he stabbed himself. Continually yelled that she was the most undisciplined child he has ever seen. Came flying into the waiting room yelling at me to get her out of there. Telling me that because of her he now has to go to the hospital for a ton of shots, which I understand. But then went back in the room by her and told her she was the worst patient he has ever seen. Now mind you, there are no doors on any of the rooms, and there were… other patients there. This display was completely horrific for my 11 year old daughter and myself. I told the staff that I have never had any professional treat my child this way. I am still in shock by his behavior and could not believe that really happened.
