Dr. John James Ferguson, MD

You wait forever, but worth the wait, he is an excellent doctor.

He managed our skin care for a number of years, both me and my husband. We were never dissatisfied. Always had a good outcome.

A wait of an hour and 20 minutes is an indicator that this office has a scheduling problem. But worse, it was apparent that everyone that was a transfer patient from Dr. Fonda was left waiting while other patients, I assume Dr. Fredrickson's current patients, were processed in with little wait time. Patients of Dr. Fredrickson would show up after I arrived and were leaving before I was even given a room. It gives the appearance that he doesn't want Dr. Fonda's patients.

I went to John for a heat rash that I get every winter because of the dry air environment. I had previously gone to my primary care physician (who is a very good cardiologist) who prescribed a topical treatment. The topical treatment was not enough. The itch drove me crazy. John prescribed both a topical and an oral treatment. It worked very well. I can now concentrate on my training (to summit Denali) and not on my itch.
