Dr John Ferrell III

Today I had a PRP injection. Left shoulder. Dr. Ferrell’s outstanding bedside manner helped with the day go nicely. Obviously he is knowledgeable, but more importantly, he’s friendly.

My appointment with Dr. Ferrell today was great. I drive all the way from Fredericksburg,, VA because he is an excellent doctor that l trust with my health care. He is awesome, very knowledgeable and experienced. He cares, and he understands, it’s almost like he feels your pain and what you’re going through. Even though he is very, very busy, he still has great beside manners and will address all concerns. His staff is very organized, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Dr. Ferrell was surely destined to be a doctor as he is a people person, he is communicative and so many others. He is verry easy to talk to and provides the support needed. This is mostly rare for me.

Dr. Ferrell is simply the best; his cordial, easy to talk to, and looks out for his patients.

I had an instant positive reaction when meeting Dr. Ferrell and I tend to be critical of health care providers. I was impressed by his grasp of my problem, his evaluation and explanation of options and his warmth. He's very smart, an excellent clinician and able to be a real human (which is hard for many health providers).

I have now seen Dr. Farrell to deal with two separate injuries, one in 2024 and one in 2025. The experience. has been uniformly excellent - he’s terrific in both his manner and skills, and the whole team seems to work effectively across the spectrum of things done in the office.

I've seen at least 10 other doctors and therapists for ongoing hip pain with no resolution. Dr Ferrell was able to diagnose the issue immediately and come up with a logical and progressive treatment plan which is working. For the first time in years I have no pain in that hip and a plan to keep it that way. In addition to being very effective he's personable, easy to talk to, explains things well, and his staff are great.

Very knowledgeable and listens to concerns. Very helpful so I can recover for pain.
