Dr Fitzgerald was pleasant & easy to talk to about my problem & concerns. He took the time to explain everything & made sure I understood. He went out of his way to take care of my problem quickly & always took into consideration my convenience since I live so far away. His office was easy to deal with & returned the information I needed quickly. Dr Fitzgerald was kind & helpful in surgery, making sure I was comfortable & understood what was happening. I would highly recommend Dr Fitzgerald!

I received 3 nerve blocks, 1 lower back and 1 on each side of my neck. These have reduced my pain significantly! My quality of life is so much better because now I don't have to deal with daily pain which was interfering with my family, my activities, and my job. I cannot thank Dr. Fitzgerald and his wonderful staff enough. I have not felt this good in a long, long time. Dr. Fitz is great, the MRI center is great, the surgery staff is great. Dr. Fitzgerald has been treating chronic pain in my spine for many years. He and his assistant are kind and helpful. Dr. Fitz answers my questions and explains my options in a way I can easily understand. I appreciate the use of the MRI to evaluate the changes in my spine. The treatments stop the pain for many months and I don't have to use pain meds. He has a variety of treatments he uses according to the particular location and cause of the pain. Also, the use of sedation removes any pain or anxiety during the injection or rhizotomy. I also have a wonderful physical therapist, Deanne, who helps in total pain management. All around, I am very grateful for Dr. Fitzgerald, Deanne and the Center for Pain Management. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life. They are great!

Dr Fitzgerald is very personable in his business manner. Not a pill pusher and wants to try to resolve issue at the root. Excellent and highly recommend!

Overall, it was easy to get an appointment with a doctor at this facility. Everyone was courteous, nice, friendly, and very helpful. Usually the wait time was not too bad, with 30-35 minutes being the most amount of time that I waited for my appointment.

I have seen Dr. Fitzgerald twice over several years for a series of radio frequency treatments. The treatments were extremely successful in alleviating my pain and improving my quality of life.This doctor is very gentle,caring, and professional.
