The worst experience I ever had. On my.first appointment , Dr.Franzen tried to convince me that I needed TMS treatment ,even though ,I wasn’t confident to do it. I been seeing doctors more than 7 years and no one said about TMS treatment , especially for me. . I am not saying something wrong with MTS , I am glad other patients have alternative treatment to improve their mental health. In this time I was looking for meds that work for me. He is also not a good listener. I felt unwelcome there and my needs as patient wasn’t met . The meds he prescribed had bad interaction and side affects. I couldn’t recommended Dr. Franzen because he is very overwhelmed with the idea that everyone should try his TMS treatment. Nataliya

Dr. Franzen succeeds in the delicate balancing act of making you feel not only respected and heard, but listening to what you may not be saying, from a diagnostic perspective. He is able to quell any issues I am dealing with swiftly and accurately.

The entire staff is friendly and willing to listen. Dr. Franzen is laid back but thorough. Great place to unwind and get your yhoughts back in order.
