I could not be happier with the service my family received here. The empathy and compassion we experienced every step of this journey has been immeasurable. Seeing the faces of each employee in this practice smiling at me when I come through the door and hearing my name not just being read from a chart but coming from their memory tells me that they know and care about me. I am eternally grateful for everything the team of doctors and staff have done for me and my burgeoning family!Also, I love that I never had to wait for extended periods of time in the waiting room, and appointments have been super flexible and have worked with my demanding work schedule.

They were all very nice and made a stressful situation less overwhelming. They kept working with me and waited until everything looked optimal before trying any procedures to make sure that we had the best chance possible to succeed. I am very satisfied with my experience.

We were very blessed to have an amazingly friendly team from beginning until now. I'm sad to be moving on to my O.B. but am thankful for all the services provided. Miu and Dr. Frattareli were so knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process. We will continue to refer friends and relatives to this clinic. Dr. John Frattarelli and the staff was great from day 1 of my care. Dr. Frattarelli was attentive and sensitive to my concerns and questions. He never rushed out of the exam room. I love all the staff including Nicole, Tannyka and Faye. The nurses always got back to me on the same day or the next. They were great at explaining and keeping me at ease! Everyone was so professional and caring, and I'd recommend the Fertility Institute of Hawaii to all my friends. We are so grateful that we are pregnant on our very 1st IVF treatment! Dr. Karmon was great, she made sure we were 100% confident and comfortable with the care we were receiving. Also, our coordinator Miu was always super responsive to all of our questions and helped to keep our minds at ease through the entire process. Extremely satisfied with our treatment! Facilities were always extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were always courteous and professional as well.

Dr. Karmon and Tannyka make a great team! They were always professional and friendly towards us and answered our questions and explained things in ways we could easily understand. When we came to this facility for the first time, we felt at peace. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Staff is excellent and friendly. Our coordinators were on top of things. Dr. Frattarelli not only did an amazing job, but also provided his feedback on our situation. He coached us through and explained in details every step. My husband and I felt like we were lectured by world's top professor, it was a great experience. Everyone worked with us. Our first attempt did not work, but on the second try of our Ivf, we got positive results. Overall it was a fantastic experience. We'd return here 100%.

My husband and I love dr. Frattarelli!! We've done three cycles of IVF with him (one fresh and two frozen) and have had two successful pregnancies! We also had embryos left over to use for a later time. His lab is very knowledgeable and so are the Ivf coordinators; both of these delartments respond quickly and are extremely thorough. We thank Dr. Frattarelli and his staff for our family he has helped make possible.
