All staff members very very pleasant and empathetic.

Worst doctor I have ever been seen by. He doesn't care about his patients and doesn't seem to take you seriously about the amount of pain you are in. Find a doctor who is actually concerned and willing to find out what is wrong with you, just don't choose him.

I enter St. Vincent's medical center with a broken fibula. The injury is simple, i.e. not compound. One of Freese's residents recommends surgery immediately. I am astounded. They perform extensive X-rays, in which I view a complete fracture, i.e. it is not a green stick fracture. Again there is more talk of surgery, so I call my brother-in-law, a physician. My brother-in-law's friend is an orthopedist and does not recommend surgery. Freese tries various unsuccessful tactics to frighten me. I seek a discharge, and a poor cast is put on my leg. His intern is not gentle in the least. A few days later, my injury is treated by an ethical doctor, who does not perform surgery. After more than a year of recovery, my fibula is fine.DO NOTE BE THIS UNETHICAL DOCTOR'S GUINEA PIG! SEEK A SECOND OPINION!His staff incompetently loses my insurance information. After countless hours of wrangling with his staff and the insurer, I am somehow able to satisfy Freese's shakedown.
