Dr. John Henry Friedmann

I’m a very loyal guy it takes me alot to make a change until today I absolutely made my decision I’m not going there again. Office manager left again and the new one is extremely rude I went for a regular cleaning she told me as I was leaving that i have to pay 122$ and could be 170$ she is not sure i told her I need a bill with details of charges she said i have to pay now and I can’t leave I told her I wanted to talk to dr Friedman she said he is in a procedure but i saw him walking around in the back hallway I asked for my records to take to a new dr she wouldn’t give me detailed bill nor my records before paying and then she kicked me out of the office to the waiting and said dr will come and talk to me, I asked is he coming she hesitates and she said maybe. I’m absolutely devastated that I was treated that way i’m a father and responsible person I never have any unpaid balance but i like to know what I’m paying for I never paid for routine cleaning very rude staff stay away !!!!!!

Dr. Friedman is very professional and has good report with his patients. He explains the dental plan and gives one options. His office is very clean and he uses utmost care in hygiene. His staff is very well trained, courteous and friendly.
