2-4 hour wait time the 3 visits. Only to spend maybe 10 mins with the doctor. Who is kind of a jerk. I've never received any form of treatment but of course they keep wanting follow up appts. I'm convinced this office is committing some kind of insurance fraud. I highly recommend you find another Dr.

This is the biggest waste of time. You will spend hours waiting only to receive little to no clear information, yet asked to reschedule in 4 weeks each visit. I am convinced, positive reviews are done by the naive & easily taken advantage of. Any report of a wait time of 10-15 minutes, like seen on one site, is an absolute lie. Please do not waste your time & money here. That’s all you end up doing.

This place is packed with senior citizens who each spend at least 2 hours waiting to see Dr. Frisbee, only to be seen for about 10 minutes and asked to sign up for another appointment in 4 weeks. I can’t help but think this is a scam & total waste of time. When we were finally seen, 2 hours after our appointment (which was made an hour before the doctor was even in the office yet the office was filled with patients), we were told the condition had to worsen in order for it to be treated. Worsened to be treated?! Basically, we were coming in every few weeks to check to see if the eye had deteriorated which was not at all treating the ailment, as we had expected. We were sent here by another doctor who noticed the condition & said if Dr. Frisbee were not to do anything about it, which he didn’t, to notify them because sight would be loss. Explaining our concerns and expectation felt very confrontational and the experience was overall a waste of time and money. When I asked the front desk… attendant if they were overbooked because of the large wait time & insane amount of patients suffering through it, I was told it was procedure due to eye dilation. This makes no sense as 10 minutes after the eyes were dilated they were scanned/ taken a photo of & it wasn’t for another 45 minutes till the doctor even arrived. Again, I would not recommend going here if you are seeking productive answers and want to use your time productively and have it valued. Seek insight elsewhere.

IU waited 3 hours and 45 minutes to see the doctor. It was getting dark outside and my husband told me to leave and come home. Told the office that I could no longer wait and they acted like it was no big deal. Evidently this has happened before. I was the last patient waiting to be seen. The patient before me had already been seen and left the office. He won't have to worry about seeing me again.

The staff is very personable and warm. Dr. Frisbee is a great listener and he explains everything. He is kind and gentle and great with kids that are not patients.
