Great surgeon and great staff. Chose vivity lenses and am able to see without glasses. Have worn them for 57 years, so it is a real life changer! Surgery went smoothly and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Garrett and his 50,000 procedures. If your eye doctor has told you that you are not ready check out Dr. Garrett, because it turned out that I was. I am not sure if this is always the case, but it made a wonderful change in my night vision, double vision and blurred vision.

Last February, I noticed I had distorted vision. I went to Dr Garrett who immediately knew I had a retinal problem and referred me to a retinal specialist. This referral and quick action on Dr Garrett’s part, saved my vision. A few months later, I developed a cataract. Dr Garrett performed my cataract surgery and the next day I was seeing 20/25! The staff and care I received were amazing!

My husband was extremely with his results after his eye surgery. Very Professional and sincere staff. So pleased we stayed local.

After wearing glasses for 58 yrs. Dr. Garrett took my cataracts off, and now I do not have to wear them any more. I could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Garrett.

went to my appointment in the escanaba office for post opp appointment girl checked me out told me gayoff would be in to see me i was the only one in the office.i herd him come in after his lunch so i thought he would be in in a minute.well i sat there for a good 25 minutes listening to them converse.none of it being job related.i felt neglected and sick of waiting for this nonsense.i got up and went to the receptionist told her im sick of the games around here i then told her to give me a new app. i probably would of waited if was busy but it wasnt there is no reason for this unprofessional behavior. if i made someone wait for that long at my job i would prob be fired. im very upset about this and i hope something will be done.i seen another comment was made about the same problem im wondering if it was an app with gayoff. sincerely darrin van drese.thank you.

Would never go back here. Waited for two hours for my appointment that I was promised would be right away in the morning so I wouldn't be late for work. I was late for work. Employees sat around, talked, and played on their phones. Very unprofessional to talk to other employees about personal matters in front of patients. I was supposed to get a call back and never heard back from them. Terrible and unprofessional!

Dr. Garrett and his staff were extremely professional and very efficient. Dr. Garrett does great work in eye surgery and up to date on new techniques for surgical procedures.
