My husband was turned away from this practice because he has state funded insurance. This practice is listed on the state website as a provider but refuses to see any patients that carry this insurance. Why you ask? They said its because of covid. They were ready to schedule him when they thought he had private insurance. Apparently his teeth don't matter because of the insurance he has. This Dr should be embarrassed

Went in for ca consultation and Doctor George is exceptional, curtious, kind. Even remembers your name. The receptionist Dee seems to only care about how the company is getting paid. Snappy and not nice. She is the a pit bull waiting to get you. That alone has made me change my mind about coming to get my dental work there

I was in the office this morning at the same time as the patient who just left a 1-star review. I’d like to set the record straight. I can assure those reading this, that it was the patient who was rude and not any of the staff at Dr. George’s office. The woman had an unpaid bill and was demanding to be seen for an unscheduled appointment. In her review, she claims not to have known about the bill but even this is not accurate as she had called earlier, been informed, and still had not taken care of the delinquent amount. Her behavior was inappropriate and constantly discourteous. Dee, on the other hand, maintained professionalism with dignity and grace — which is what you can expect at this office. The staff here is friendly, respectful, highly skilled, and well mannered — all of the qualities that this morning’s patient was lacking.

I was a patient with Dr. George for 9 years and he’s a really nice and personable person. I had a balance $47 dollars and called to setup my cleaning appointment. Dee answered the phone and told me I had to be wait listed because she didn’t have an availability, and she went on to say I can’t schedule an appointment because of the $47 past due. I asked her if I was able to pay it when I get an appointment and she refused. Stating my bill was 8 months out and I had to pay it before. I explained I worked overnights and all my current bills are setup online automatic payment. After 9 years with a dentist I thought my business meant something or my was valuable. I had no idea I owed a bill, I bought a house and moved from my last address. I wasn’t getting all my mails. She was rude and disrespectful when I went in to pay my bill she states “ I’m more than happy to see you go and good luck with the next dentist, here sign you ROI”. I told her she was rude and won’t continue business there.
