Dr Ginnetti did a wonderful job on my second knee replacement on same knee after a botched job by another surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. Great doctor, nice person.

I can compare his service and Highland Hospital to the Plaza Hotel. APSOLUTELY fabulous. I had hip replacement, left hip, as I had had my right hip replace at Newark Hospital. I dof not like the conditions or level of care, this was before.Rochester General took over. The care, surgical crew, nursing, food, hospital conditions and after care at home is.superior to any other hospital I have been a patient. Thanks Strong for having and demanding such high standards.

I traveled from Syracuse to Rochester to have Dr. Ginnetti help me with an analysis of a very slow recovery from periprosthtic revision surgery that involved a fractured femur. Dr. Ginnetti showed me the x-rays that helped explain the pain and mobilty problems...something my local surgeon explained as "nothng alarming on your x-ray" I still have a fractured femur. Dr. Ginnetti helped me understand my situation and I left the office in a much better state of mind.

He has replaced both a hip and a knee and both operations had no problems at all. Very nice guy, professional and kind. Will have him do my other hip when I am ready.

Dr. John Ginnetti spent time with me during exams to explain options, and the expected results. Dr. Ginnetti just completed my 2nd full knee replacement, and I am very satisfied with his skill and expertise.

Dr. Ginnetti was amazing and took very good care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone that had to have a knee replacement. If I ever had to have the other one done Dr. Ginetti would be sure to be the one to do it.

Dr. John Ginnett did a wonderful in given me a total hip replacement. Dr. Ginnett team kept me very comfortable after my surgery and when l return home. Also made sure l have all the equipment l need to help me at home.

Spent less than 10 minutes with me. My hip is bone on bone! I have been dealing with this problem now for over 2 years. I am a professional. No pain meds. 6 weeks to get the appointment. Schedules surgery 4 months later. Asked again for pain meds and he almost laughed. I gained 30 pounds during this time drinking alcohol trying to ease the pain so I could sleep at nite. I cannot work.. He cancelled my surgery because I am overweight 10 days before the date. No follow up appointment. I have never been this overweight prior to this. I need the new hip to exercise and get back to work. Stay away from this amateur.

Very arrogant. Don't go to see him if you are overweight. He refuses to do my knee replacement until I lose 20 pds even though I had surgery with a different doctor 6 years ago and was 50 pds heavier than I am now. Told me when I lose 20 pds call him and he'll see me again. Not a good experience!
