My husband seen Dr. Golay for many years and would still be seeing him but he passed away my husband loved and trusted Dr. Golay so much he wouldn’t go to the hospital he had to see Golay if you read your reviews please know Greg loved you!!!!!

I was referred to Dr.Gollay a few years ago by a relative. I was looking for a primary physician that was thorough and compassionate. I had not been feeling well for over a year but was nervous about making an appointment. My mother had recently passed away of a rare disease and I was terrified because I thought I was displaying some of the symptoms she had. I finally made the appointment with Dr.Gollay. He came in, introduced himself, sat down and crossed his legs. I immediately liked him just because he sat down and gave me his full attention. As I began to tell him how I was feeling I started to cry Uncontrollably. He stood up, put his hand on my shoulder and said " it's going to be ok". "We are going to find out what is wrong and we are going to fix it". "If I can't fix it, I will refer you to someone that can". A weight was instantly lifted off of my shoulders because I knew he meant what he said. He wasn't able to fix me but he was able to direct me to the specialists that I… needed to receive the care I needed. I don't need to visit his office often but when I do he still comes in, sit down, cross his legs and gives me his full attention. I love and appreciate that! Unfortunately today I found out my insurance company has terminated their contract with Lexington Medical Center therefore I can no longer be his patient. This saddens me because I know I will not be able to find another physician that will be able to measure up to him. Thanks Dr. Gollay!
