My wife had an upsetting experience at Winchester Dentistry during what was already a stressful situation. After months of trying to find a provider that accepted her insurance and finally securing an appointment for wisdom tooth removal, she arrived extremely nervous but hopeful. After completing her paperwork, she handed over a folder that had not been opened or handled by her beforehand. While staff members were reviewing it in the back, a bed bug was reportedly found inside the folder. Instead of handling the matter discreetly and professionally, my wife felt singled out and publicly embarrassed in front of other patients and staff, as the situation was openly addressed in the office. Knowing that theres a 2 star motel right next to them, the experience left her feeling humiliated and dismissed during a vulnerable moment. She was ultimately turned away from the appointment, which added even more frustration after the long process of trying to receive care. We believe all… patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, especially when they are already anxious about receiving medical or dental treatment.

Used to be a great oral surgeon but like everyone else greed has taken hold. I have a few friends that had appointments because I referred them. They have a very prevalent fear of dental care, a another had a transportation issue, so they missed an appointment. When they tried to reschedule they were told they couldn't and wouldnt be able to be seen by that oral surgery and associates center or Dr. Grays office EVER!! Though my friends were never told this beforehand. But I guess some dental care professionals put money before patient care....hate that Dr. Grays judgement has been clouded by greed.

Went in for a Consultation on 8-10-2018 for my Wisdom teeth and they ended up removing them the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Brian Gibson

Dr. John Grey is a wonderful dentist, very caring and goes out of his way to help his patients. Most dentist wouldn't work you in when they are really busy like he was, but he knew i was in alot of pain and he knew how nervous and scared i was too. He went ahead and done the procedure that day. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I drove from Pikeville, Ky to his office in Winchester. It was well worth the drive. I would like to thank Dr. Grey and his staff for helping me.

He talked over me, would not listen to my complaint & offered no pain management for my TMJ pain. I'm sure he's an excellent dentist but if you are going for TMJ problems (which they assured me that they dealt with) I recommend save your time, money & effort & go somewhere else that specializes in only this. (U.K. facial pain)
