Dr. John Thomas Grigg, MD

I never leave a review for a Doctor,however I ‘m home Today from work. Wanted to check his reviews I have been going to Dr Grigg for over 10 years. I find him passionate and very Through. My recent PSA levels where slightly elevated,the office Phoned me immediately after my Blood test. Recommend I see a urologist. Thanks to Dr Grigg I am free of any problems. My wife was recently in the hospital,although he was not involved In her procedure he visited her in the hospital. Hopefully,he doesn’t retire. We would be hard pressed to replace him.

Ended up in the ER and hospital for a week because he misdiagnosed me twice. Did not take any responsibility. All he needed to do was take a simple blood test. DANGEROUS!!! Office is run like it is 1980. Staff and nurse are rude and the tension in the office is terrible especially when his wife is receptionist. Does not communicate, is moody and grumpy. More interested in taking vacations to see grandkids than practice medicine. Several hospital nurses and specialist told me “you need to find another Doctor”. Should have retired years ago. DO NOT GO THERE!

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and Dr. Grigg is it. What a rare find! A small office with personal attention and courteous staff. I was taken in for my appt right on time and no time wasted waiting while the doctor or other staff were busy with other patients. Dr. Grigg talks to you, explains everything he's doing and why. What a difference from other doctor's offices - I didn't think doctors like Dr. Grigg existed any more and am so pleased to have found him!

Dr. Grigg is very thorough. He goes over each piece of the exam to help the patient feel comfortable about what he is doing. His staff is very friendlyand accommodating.

Dr. Grigg has been in medicine so long, he does all things for every patient as though their medical problems were the same. One pill doesn't fit all. He doesn't listen to his patients health problems. Since I met with Dr. Grigg, my hands and toes now tingle, I don't know what he did with putting his hand up my tush, but it has since hurt when I go to the have to go to the bathroom. He refused to give me (a patient) a copy of my blood report claiming that he was the person who took it.

Do not use this office! Rude receptionist - took 13 calls to get a prescription refilled so DANGEROUS!!! Talk through and over you do not care about you, lie to you and do not take responsibility. Total lack of integrity! Not what you want in a doctor office!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have anxiety issues so going to see the doctor isn't easy for me. Dr. Grigg makes things easy for someone like me. He even made doing the blood test simple. He spends time and listens to issues that you come to the doctor for. I highly recommend him and his staff.

This is the only doctor that I've been to in the past 10 years that actually spends the time to ensure you are informed about every detail of your patient care. His office and administrative practices may not be cutting edge but if you are concerned about getting the most from your doctors visit, this is where you should go.

his wife that works there calls in prescriptions,but then makes mistakes of how often to take them:even though it's in my file correctly.
