Prior to his time in Texas, Dr. Morgan completed Medical School at OHSU in Portland, OR. Dr. Morgan is well traveled, having visited more than 35 countries. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, gardening, cooking and just being out in the great outdoors of Oregon.
