Dr. John Ben Gross, PhD

Doctor was extremely helpful in helping me navigate a difficult period in life and provided me with numerous solutions, tools, and perspectives to help deal with the large amount of stress I was experiencing. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area who is looking for help. I saw the doctor for about a year and the difference is night and day.

When I first started treatment with Dr. Gross over a year and a half ago I lacked the key to what has made my positive progression through life feasible....Self Awarness. I struggle with anxiety and bi-polar disorder. Dr. Gross and his approach to my treatment has been appropriate, informative and encouraging. As far as ease of appointment scheduling and impromtu communication I would rate it a 10. I'm committed to continuing to develop into a person i'm happy to see in the mirror and due to the proven help of Dr. Gross I have no doubt I will get there. Sooner rather than later!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gross for a year now. He’s been a life changer for me. I have OCD and he has gotten me to a point where I feel free and extremely light on my feet. Therapy with him has been a breath of fresh air, I used to see someone before him. Dr. Gross has gotten me to a place that I never thought I’d be able to be. He is attentive, extremely knowledgeable, uses real life examples, gives you feedback and is responsive. He doesn’t stop there, he also helps me with issues that aren’t OCD related which in turn has completely changed how I used to see things or think. I am forever grateful to him. Dr. Gross has been treating me for 7 years. He’s by far the best psychologist I have ever worked with. He uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help target and address specific needs. Due to the pandemic I had a set back and he was available after hours via phone and email. He never made himself unavailable like these other drs do. He is a compassionate, caring, wonderful and understanding human being and psychologist.

Dr gross has been treating me for years now. He is an outstanding doctor. My insurance issues kept me from being treated but dr gross was always available to me by phone. He helped me target my PTSD AND ANXIETY ISSUES. He suggested things to do that made my symptoms less.
