Dr. John Joseph Gullo

I met Dr. Gullo this morning, he was covering for another doc. He was direct. He clearly had reviewed all of my tests. I felt that even though this guy had never met me before today, he knew what he needed to know. Honest, informative, answered my questions, gave me the next steps, and I felt better when I left him today. He had me on my way quickly having made the referral and ordering further tests. I hope I never have to see him again, but if I ever have a need, I would feel confident in his ability and knowledge.

Part time doctor. If you need to make contact, he doesn't return calls. Talks down to patient. He should retire his heart isn't were it should be. Pick another dr. I'll never go back. The staff at office is pleasant.

I had an appointmet for 10:00AM. The Dr. didn't even get to his office until 11:30AM. Wasn't sure after reviewing the reports weather the problem was in the right or left lung. Wouldn't spend time with me to explain. Cell phone interruptions during consultation. As he was leaving the exam room was mumbling that I should be glad I was still above the grass!

The staff is very professional and discreet with me. They are very thorough with questions following up from a previous appt. Dr. Gullo is excellent, he is very attentive to me and is always patient and takes as much time as needed to answer questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing cancer.

I would not recommend this physician to a family member or friend. My wife died 4 years ago from Acute Myloid Leukemia. After the initial diagnosis this physician and his associates waited a full month to begin treatment when it should have begun the day the diagnosis was confirmed.
