Dr. Gusha was born and raised in Holden, MA. He is a 1975 graduate of WachusettRegionalHigh School. He earned a BA in Natural Science from AssumptionCollege, a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from BostonUniversity. Dr. Gusha has been practicing dentistry in Holden for over 25 years. He and his staff strive to provide their patients with the highest quality general dental care for all ages.
Dr. Gusha is an active member of the Worcester District Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and the Central New England Dental Research Group. Dr. Gusha is a graduate of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and a graduate of the Carl E. Misch International Implant Institute. He served as a chairman of the Board of Health in Holden for seven years. He was the past president of the Worcester District Dental Society and is …the Project Director for the Central Mass Oral Health Initiative to improve access to dental care for low income individuals in WorcesterCounty. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at The Health Foundation of Central Mass. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dental Services of Massachusetts.
Dr. Gusha is also a 2003 recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Award. He is one of ten honorees nationwide for his "exceptional and effective approach to addressing the myriad health-care challenges facing people in communities across the United States." "It is the nation's highest honor for community health leadership."
Dr. Gusha lives in Holden with his wife, Cathy and their four children, Danielle, Ashley, Sydney and Alexander and their dog Gus.
