 John V Gustafson, a native of the Pittsburgh area, had a family dental practice for 27 years in Greensburg, PA prior to relocating to the area. Dr. Gustafson received a BA from St Vincent College and a DMD from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV.
 Dr Gustafson is very involved in continuing education and organized dentistry. He was awarded Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1995 and achieved the prestigious Mastership Award in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001. He is a fellow in the Academy of Dentistry Internationale and received the Lifelong Learning and Service Award from the AGD in 2008.
 Dr Gustafson is Past President of the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry and Co-Director of PEAK Continuing Education. He has been featured among America's Top Dentists.
Dr. Gustafson resides in Mount Joy and has one son, Jesse and one …grandson. He joined Dental Associates of Hershey in early 2010.
