Dr. John Bryant Hagan, MD

We went to Dr. Hagan not so much for a diagnosis, but for direction in finding one. Very nice man. We have been to a dozen or so doctors in five states trying to learn what is happening to our daughter. All have said they have never seen anything like what she has and we have short time to find out. Dr. Hagan was very kind, thoughtful, and worked with my daughter. Some of her issues go beyond his field of practice. He very quickly read through many many pages of tests and he retained everything from his skimming. he referred to pages by name and number and reordered what we gave him into a sequence useful to his discussion. Very quick at taking in information and not in a hurry to conclude. He set up a schedule for seeing people he felt could help. He called us at our home on a Friday night to report test results and apologized for the schedule going out so for on the calendar. By Monday he had a new schedule compacting many Dr.s in a few days. He really is interested in helping us… find an answer. I was very impressed with is humor and focus at same time and his quick grasp of data from so many sources. Before seeing Dr. Hagan, I was not really expecting much from Mayo. I have had so few positive experiences there in the past. But we went because we are so lost. Dr. Hagan was a very nice surprise. I would recommend him to anyone.
