My appointment was scheduled, and I had the wrong day. My tooth was crached and getting worse. They fit me in that day. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out anything needed since I was a new patient. I must say the staff was super professional. By 11 I was in the chair and the dental tech was ready and asked the required questions. She made me feel comfortable, as I was never about have a wisdom tooth pulled. I'm 55 and haddn't had an extraction since I was 14. Within 5 minutes the Dr. introduced himself and looked at my tooth and x-rays. He agreed that it needed pulled, and went through what was going to happen. By 1135 the tooth was pulled, both written and verbal instructions were given. I was at the reception area, paid my bill and I was on my way home. Paperwork, x-rays, proceedural review (twice), numbing, extraction, bill pay, in my car in 35 minutes! I am not sure what the previous review was all about, but my experience was so… great, I am making them my dentist. Thank you! Your staff is outstanding!!!

Dr. John Hargett doesn't care or listen to his patients, he does as little as possible to address his patients concerns and tries to get away from them as soon as possible. I truly regret letting him near my mouth, in my humble opinion, he's cares more about the money and extremely less about the patients. Avoid him at all costs.....

I had two teeth that were cracked and hurting me and needed attention as soon as possible. The dentist did an exam and handed me a half sheet of work recommended. A lot of teeth were involved including some old fillings, currently not bothering me, that needed to be drilled out and redone. He told me to discuss this with his assistant and we will make another appointment. I told him I had a few questions about the work recommended. He said in an unfriendly tone, "I said to discuss this with my assistant." I was offended at how unwilling he was to answer my questions. He had barely been in front of my for one full minute, seriously. I asked the assistant about working on the teeth that were bothering me first, the ones I had first come in about. She told me he recommended fillings for them. I thought this didn't make sense as the sides were cracked off. So I asked again about the recommendation for fillings at the front desk. They got the assistant again, she verified yes, the dentist… recommended fillings. An appointment was made to fill one tooth. I was waiting in pain for the appointment and when they called 25 hours in advance to verify the appointment I asked which of the teeth they planned to fill. They said, "Well, actually we didn't hear back from you, so we are having a meeting at that time, we need to make another appointment." I was irritated, made another appointment this time to have the teeth cleaned first, as the dentist insists on that, then made a second appointment for both teeth to be filled. Finally in the dentists chair a month after the first visit and complaint of pain and tooth issues on both top outside molars, the dentist comes in and says, "So we are doing crowns today on which tooth?" I told the dentist,"No one mentioned crowns, only fillings, and you wouldn't answer my questions that I had about treatment when I first came in. The assistant verified you wanted to fill these teeth. He said, "It was on the treatment plan I gave you." Then he walked out. This was three strikes. I am done here.
