The doctor and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Harlan was thorough and helpfully explained everything to me. I very much appreciated the atmosphere and the information, as I was quite nervous.

Dr. Harlan and his staff took real good care of me. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harlan and his staff. If you are in need of a great Neurologist he is the person to go to.

I have always had great care from this office. Short wait time, staff is always polite and friendly. Dr Harkin always answers questions I have and explains things to me. I would recommend this office.

I seem to have an argument with anyone on this staff. The doctor himself seems O,K, but the staff acts like the patients are simple minded. . I did not like the doctor enough to deal with his staff will not return. bad experience.

I've had a number of very strange and sometimes debilitating issues progressing over the last four years that I have become incredibly frustrated with. After the first two years of searching for someone to listen, things got worse and I was hospitalized for two weeks. This is when I first met Dr Harlan. From that point on, I've stayed with him. We still haven't figured out what exactly is causing all of this but never once has he told me "it's in your head" or "it's probably just stress" like so many did in the beginning. When we can't figure something out or new symptoms arise? He works just as hard as I do to keep digging for answers. When he's unsure about something? He's completely honest and works with me to find a specialist that might be able to help us. His assistant Gina calls me back EVERY time I have a question or a concern and I always feel like I'm genuinely heard. On my first office visit, I was a little concerned because Dr Harlan seemed very quiet...I… admittedly took this as a sign of disinterest at first after so many poor visits from other doctors. He couldn't have proved me more wrong about that. As frustrating as this journey has been, I can't imagine where I would be or what I would do without this office behind the scenes working with me. I highly recommend this office to anyone who feels they aren't being heard by their doctor. The combination of one on one time, stubborn will, support and complete honesty is surprisingly rare in the medical community!
