Dr. Harlan is an amazing doctor. I'm sad he will be retiring. I have been seeing him since I was in my 20's. I will definitely miss him

Dr. Harlan is hands down the best doctor. Amazing bedside manor, very knowledgeable, answers any and all questions (you can tell he keeps up on his research) and has a very calming presence. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone having a baby. I felt so comfortable with him during my pregnancy/birth and he continues to provide excellent care after the fact. 100/10.

Dr. Harlan was amazing! I had an appointment with another doctor, she had to leave for a delivery at the hospital and Dr Harlan graciously saw me and cared for my concerns. The level of respect, kindness, and attention was amazing! Ha explained my procedure fully, allowed me to ask questions. He was wonderful!

Dr Harlan is one of the nicest doctors I have ever known. He has an incredibly kind and compassionate bedside manner. I lost a pregnancy and had a bad diagnosis. His empathy and care made the best of a very unfortunate situation. He made sure I received the care I needed quickly for the best possible outcome.

I will never go back to Oxford OB/GYN! Harlan has NO bedside manner. He doesn't read your file before he come to talk to you. In my case instead of actually making an attempt to do something he just refers me to another doctor. What's the point if you going there if he can't do everything a GYN should be able to do? Everything with this practice is more complicated than it needs to be and the communication between nurses and doctors is beyond horrific.
