Like Dr. Hassan. Surgery planner and nurse have been unprofessional on multiple visits.

Dr. Hassan seemed like a nice person during our consultation. I changed jobs recently but new insurance kicked in a few days before my vasectomy appointment. The day of the appointment I was having issues getting a policy number. I told them when I got there that I'd pay cash for the self pay amount and if they could bill insurance the following day or two I'd just get the difference back from insurance. The nurse/finance person was about as rude of a person as I've ever met. She not only said she wouldn't do that, she also said they shouldn't do the procedure because in her experience I'll cause them problems later. I went outside to call one more time to try and get my policy number(system issue), and she walked out there and told me I need to make up my mind because they have other people they can fit into my time slot. It's pretty hard to explain how awful this person was acting. I don't know her name but she had red hair and seemed to only care about getting people out of… there. This is a pretty sensitive procedure for a guy, I am sure if she was nice I would have either rescheduled or paid the full amount, it was only a couple hundred dollars more. Dr. Hassan didn't personally cause my issue, but it's his practice and indicative of how they operate. I'll be going to a more reputable doctor and will never come back here.

Between this Between this Doctor and Williamson co. hospital,I almost , dyed,with a kidney stone. I finally got my wife to take me to Vanderbilt.

Dr. Hassan is fine as a provider but his staff/ scheduler is the worst. Disorganized, inept follow up, and unwilling to correct their own mistake.

Down-to-earth & personable.

Upon getting tests results and scan reports and interviewing several urologists, I chose Dr. Hassan. My prostate cancer surgery went as he explained with the best results I could ask for, PSA count at 0. I found Dr. Hassan very professional with excellent communication skills. His patients are not just a number, they are real people. In such a life-changing experience, you want a knowledgeable and experienced professional to provide you with the best healthcare available. I would stack Dr. Hassan against any urologist in the U. S., period.

I had prostrate biopsies and was very worried about the results. Dr Hassan quickly put me at ease when he shared my results. This is a Dr that I would recommend to anyone looking for a Urologist. None better in my book. I continued to be treated by Dr Hassan and soon will have a procedure performed by him. I feel strongly that I am in very capable hands.

Dr. Hassan performed a TURP procedure for enlarged prostate on me. Surgery went well, no pain after surgery, back to work in 2 weeks. He promptly answered emails when I had questions during recovery. Highly recommend him.
