Dr. Hatheway was great. He was even able to see past me underrating my pain.

Dr Hathaway should not be practicing medicine. Not only does he not have an empathetic bone in his body, he didn’t do a good job with my procedure and he is truly only interested in making money, not caring for patients. I have been in medicine since the 90’s and have never experienced such an uncaring medical “professional”. I highly recommend you seek another office, as he doesn’t deserve your business and patients certainly deserve better than Dr Hathaway.

He is a horrible human and even worse doctor!!!!!! Why is he in a practice where empathy is so needed I have no idea!!!! He needs to work with humans in the morgue... Because he could care less about feelings!!!! Don't waste your good hard-earned money on this person there are much more qualified pain management physicians in Spokane that truly care about you and will treat you with kindness and understanding!!!!!

He treats people as if they were scum!!! He takes very little time with you he has an opinion prior to even meeting you. you have to wait for him for an hour in the waiting room and if you're five minutes late they charge you a $50 no show fee!!!! They expect everything from you and give you absolutely nothing in return! Horrible care from staff to the physician!! If you need pain management care please seek it elsewhere you're spending good money to be treated like crap!!!

The doctor spent a great deal of time with me unlike other doctors. I like that this clinic tries a variety of interventions other than pain medicine. My pain is not gone, but I feel alot better.

Dr Hatheway and his staff do a great job. They are thorough and caring. My back pain is well managed. I highly recommend their office.
