Dr.Heffernan did an accurate diagnosis. What was totally unacceptable was the 59 minute wait in the exam room with no information, no checking in on me and no apology.

Dr. John Geffernan is spectacular! He is an excellent surgeon. The woman who takes x-rays at Puget Sound Orthopedics in Gig Harbor saw my x-rays just days after surgery and said, “Perfect! Everything I see from this young surgeon is the same: outstanding!” Dr. Heffe4rnan is just plain excellent: as a surgeon and as a communicator.
