Dr. John Stewart Herndon

Dr Herndon was great. He listened to my complicated history and current situation. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like I was heard and he was clear about what I am dealing with. Felt confident being under his care.

He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to my concerns. And gave me recommendations on the next steps in my health journey.

Staff was helpful. The phone system does or may have a bit of a holding period but at least it periodically checks in to tell you that you are in line. Staff was patient and helpful at front desk. The person taking the vitals was professional and kind. The phlebotomist in the lab drew blood without having to dig around, I barely felt a pinch. The Dr has a great bedside manner and is knowledgeable about endometriosis and answered all questions.

At first appointment, Dr. Herndon made a good first impression. He was friendly, asked thoughtful questions, and even had a witty banner that helped create a welcoming atmosphere. The appointment was fairly quick. He explained the process moving forward. Overall , it was a positive first experience.
