Dr. Hilinski is truly committed to the care and healing of his patients. The after care following my procedure has been exceptional- he effectively communicates his care plan, and he is very knowledgeable regarding the procedure and the delicate process of healing related to his practice. I believe other doctors would have shuffled me along by now, but Dr. Hiliniski has been invested in the optimal outcome, and his dedication has worked to achieve the results I was hoping for. His staff is amazing, scheduling is always easy and efficient, and patient comfort throughout the whole process is clearly a priority. Overall, a great experience!!

I think these reviews get sifted and the critical ones eliminated. There is no way this man can have a rating as high as what would appear. I had cosmetic surgery from Dr. Hilinski in 2011 and had a terrible outcome. I had a brow and face lift and rhinoplasty. For both brow and face lifts he simply pulled the skin tight and cut off the excess. He did not do anything for the sagging muscles. Within a month after the face lift, I complained that the jowls were returning so he redid the face lift under local anesthesia and an Ambian, again only removing excess skin. On the rhinoplasty, he removed too much of the bone on the bridge and the soft tissue goes almost all the way up to where the bridge meets the forehead. The end of the nose is bulbous and and the nostrils are crooked. He injected the end of my nose with an anti inflammatory chemical for several months but there was no change. I had saved up for a long time for this surgery and have never had the extra cash to have his work… redone. I still resent this man after 11 years and would never recommend him to anyone.

I recently had Macrotia surgery performed by Dr. Hilinski and I was blown away by the results. I have always been uncomfortable with my ears and never thought there was a way to do anything about it, so I just accepted it. About a year ago, I started researching it, came across his website and I am glad I did. I had a consultation and setup the surgery when it was available. My ears look natural now and I do not have to worry about them anymore. The pain was minimal for me afterwards and I did not even use medication! It's never an easy decision to have a procedure done like this, but If they have bothered you like mine did, it's completely worth it.
