Very respectful workers front & nurses & PA & Doctors. Dr. Shinn & Dr Sherlock take the time listen to my concern & ordered the necessary labs or specialist to be seen. They followed up with we & my referrals. Only downside is the last 6mos the reordering of Meds have become better. My pharmacy request refills but the sometimes don’t get a reply I will need to call the office to get the me to send in the prescription to my pharynx. They have ordered new system & now you to get to speak with someone that takes the message & dr rtn your call or his nurse will call you. I’m very satisfied with their care and staff also.

Misdiagnosed ME, and I believe he was a significant factor in my brother’s death.

I was a patient a few years back. I begged them to see me because I'm 90% sure I have Lyme's Disease from a tick bite a few months back. They took my appointment than cancelled it a few hours later. They said they had to verify my new insurance because it's been so many years. They asked, "It's not Medicaid based is it?" It's not and I've been with this company for 3 years. It's an easily identified health insurance company. They suggest I go to a minute clinic while it processes.

Thank you for taking your time to explain the procedure and being thoughtful in your approach to treating my bakers cyst. Dr Hill took his time and was very thorough.

Dr. Hills Deland office was grade A for many years. Now you sit in the exam room for 30 minutes or longer to be seen. There seems to be a constant change in staff over the last couple of years. But my biggest complaint is you NEVER get a call back from the nurse if you leave a message!!

Dr Hills office use to be great but the turnover in staff is horrible! They from from excellent to horrible. Even Dr Hill is not the same his attitude reflects that he is disrespectful to his staff and he was very distracted when I had my appointment. I will look for another physician. He is more sports oriented than family medicine. If you don't know then don't guess

Place is busy but I never have to wait long which is a deal breaker for me, he always takes the time to listen and it never appears he's in a rush.

The worse part is that the STAFF is not friendly at all. They need to learn that they are dealing with patients!!
