After having his assistant fail to schedule my 1st surgery, my 2nd surgery was canceled because he, nor his inept staff, bothered to notify me that I needed to quit taking an anti-inflammatory 7 days before surgery because of its blood-thinning effects. I only learned of this because the hospital caught it. I could've bled out if he had operated on me while still on that medication. He NEVER returns calls, his staff rarely returns calls, you wait for close to 90 minutes after your appt time to see him and his staff makes derogatory remarks about patients in front of other patients.

Came in thru er. My lung collapsed This man and his surgery team saved my life. God allowed him to be in that hospital on that day because he was meant to take care of me.

my father has six children he worked 30 yrs at great lakes steele he is a wonderful dad and dr hilu took wonerful care of my dad during his very serious testing thank you:)
