Dr. John Ho, MD

The Doctor is generally OK and a pretty smart guy but their new system of using laptops for everything isn't good. Doctor comes in with nothing in hand generally unprepared and doesn't know your history. Asks what's going on and writes things on a little piece of paper which I assume he later hands to someone else in the office to put into the computer - maybe not. The office is a bit shabby and was redone with some inferior quality finishes and looks like it could use a good daily cleaning. The support staff are really not good in demeanor. Never seems all that crowded - maybe the only plus.

Waited a hour for blood, tell me we cant find your script, we are going to let other in front of you. ....Meanwhile they call me every month to remind me to come in for blood! Nurse practioner on staff is as useless as a bag of expired peanuts

Have been a patient there over 15 years. Although I can not say enough good things about Kathy the PA in the office I can not say the same for the office staff. As of recent the staff has changed to an inexperienced, difficult staff to deal with. They refuse to fax or email referrals to any doctor. They only will use Nav a Net a antiquated system no longer used by Atlantic health care making getting referrals very difficult. If you use this office be prepared to deal with this if it were not for Kathy I along with 5 family members would leave this practice.
