Dr. John Rudolph Hogan, MD

Dr. Hogan is a really awesome Dr. i would recommend him to anyone His staff is the BEST

It took me awhile to get into the doctor due to no insurance and moving and when i did finally get in i was 31 weeks pregnant. he did nothing but a vaginal swab and sent me on my way???!!!!

He is an excellent OB/GYN. Appointments are on time, no long waiting time and quick and effective visits!! Love this doctor!!!

I have seen this doctor a few times. The visits are extremely brief, which is discomforting. It does not make me feel at ease, considering I have to have a C-Section (due to a previous one). The staff seems nice, although they seem understaffed and overworked. I went for an ultrasound at a local imaging center, the tech clearly stated that there were a few red flags and she would recommend that I return in a few weeks. Dr. Hogan briefly looked at my chart and said 'everything looks fine.' Needless to say, I'm changing doctors. I understand that the Medical profession has become more of a business instead of caring for people...but...I do not feel comfortable putting the care of my unborn baby with this particular doctor.

I have "seen" this doctor for the first 6 months of my pregnancy, yet in this time I have only actually had him in my room speaking with me for a combined total of 15 minutes. His nurse is very nice but does everything for him as he is so rushed to get in the next room i've literately had to stop him on his way out. He also re-prescribed me a medication I was previously on (pre pregnancy) that clearly states not to take in the 3rd trimester for risk of severe birth defects. When I had a sinus infection while pregnant he never examined me and basically threw a prescription at me as he walked out of the room with no explanation of what I could take over the counter. I really enjoyed his staff but he himself was terrible.

Under my circumstances I usually am labeled from the start and mistreated at doctor offices. But this man actually treated me kind and like a person. I went to another gyno a month ago who told me everything was fine. I had a suspected bladder infection all the symptoms of it pelvic pain difficulty and burning urinating but my test kept coming back negative for a bladder infection. Thank god this man is knowledgable bc he took his time and didn't rush to do my exam and he has found something on my uterus which can also cause the same symptoms and two days later has me going for tests. I thank god for finding this doctor. How the other doctor missed it I will never know. But doctor hogan will forever be my obgyn

This man almost killed me. Litteraly! He is the worst doctor i've ever been to. He preformed surgery on me & now i am unable to EVER have children. He should be barred & never be able to practice medicine again. I wouldn't send my dog to him!
