Dr. John Hogg, MD

I had the pleasure of being scanned with ultrasound today by Brice. He was very professional, comforting, and was a good conversationalist and a good listener.

I have been seeing Dr. Hogg and his professional team of healthcare professionals for the past four months. With each visit (more than 8), I have been greeted immediately by the front staff and taken back within moments of my arrival. The building is beautifully designed and even the cleaning lady is pleasant and proficient in her job! Each staff member is friendly and seems to genuinely care about you and the device they provide. I can’t begin to name (or remember) each person, but they are all great. What I know about customer service (and I used to train at a large hospital), that it is perfected in an environment where it is practiced from the top down. Dr. Hogg exemplifies this!
