About Dr. Hough
Dr. Hough is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He served as a U. S. Navy Corpsman from 1969 to 1973 attached to the Marine Corps.  He married his High School sweetheart,Tara, in 1970 and they have two children. Grayson, is working in pharmaceutical research in San Diego. Sarah, is working as a marketing coordinator in Denver. Both are passionate about giving back to their respective communities.
The Hough's are actively involved in their community in which they have lived since 1981. In 1986, along with Gary and Wendy Hann, the Hough's helped start the Fourth of July Fireworks display that has become an important part of our community. The Doctor has been President of the Rotary Club of Yucca Valley twice and was the major force in restoring the Miss Yucca Valley Pageant.  Tara is very involved in Soroptimist International.
They enjoy attending NASCAR races as well as watching them on TV. After attending Joshua Springs Calvary …Chapel on Sunday morning, which they have attended for many years, they plan either road or mountain bicycle trips in the Southern California area.
Dr. Hough spends many hours involved in furthering his education by attending seminars on how to bring the best care and the latest treatment methods to his patients.  He has attended numerous  Den-Mat / Rembrandt seminars on cosmetic dentistry. His staff members are dedicated to providing you the best possible care. They are loving people, who also attend seminars to be the very best for our patients.
Dr. Hough was elected to the High Desert Water District Board of Directors in 2005. He feels very honored that the people of our community would provide him the trust and support that this position demands.
Dr. Hough operates a preventative practice for the entire family, and strives to give you the best possible dental care by staying current with the latest technology. If you must be referred to a specialist for a particular concern, Dr. Hough will stay in touch with your specialist, and will schedule follow-up appointments to make sure you are doing well.
