John Inauen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 14 years of experience in the mental health field. John has worked with a wide variety of clients who had various challenges with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. He has also worked with clients who had challenges managing their anger as well as people with impulse control challenges. John completed both his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and his Master of Arts (MA) in Psychological Counseling at Monmouth University. John’s style of counseling is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for helping clients process struggles and stressors in life. He also likes to incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) into his practice because it provides a strong foundation of coping skills to help clients manage emotional irregularities in everyday life.
