Gentle kind and took the time to listen. Very experienced. I highly recommend him.

set me up for a surgery, went through the necessary pre certification for the surgery ay saint mary's. called me two days prior to surgery and gave me excuses that he had emergencies to attend to that would push my surgery date back 2-3 days. Never heard from him again even after leaving multiple messages.

I was to be a new patient. I arrived on time filled out all the forms had my insurance documentation, then waited one hour and forty minutes. No one said a word to me about delays, others arrived after me and were seen. When I asked for my x rays the nurse told me ivshe on hold on the phone. I told her I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Rec'd my X-rays and left. No apology no call. Do not use this doctor.

I have been to Dr. Irwin for multiple problems and have always been impressed with his and his office staff's response and courtesy. He always gives you time and explains why you hurt. Can't say enough good things about him.

Seems like a decent guy. I say "seems" because I only saw him once, he ordered an MRI, and then never returned any of the 7 follow up calls that I placed to his office. Staff seems overworked and can be hostile.

Dr. Irwin has performed surgery on me, my mother and son. We have all had positive experiences with positive results. He is a compassionate doctor who discusses realistic options. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good doctor with a down-to-earth approach in medical care.

I needed to talk to the doc for a foolow up but never got to him even after talking to the receptionist 4 times during 4 different days..I was told he would call me but never received a call even after 3 weeks.Meanwhile my knee pain has worsened as I was waiting to hear from him.. Will never go back to him again.

Dr. Irwin was caring and progressional. I would highly recommend.

This doctor was the best doctor I have ever seen. I send all my friends to him. He is very caring and professional. He listened to my problems (I had a lot). He replaced both of my knees and one of my hips. He did a wonderful job!I highly recommend him!!

This is an understaffed doctor's office that basically has little care or respect for its patients. You cannot get feedback on your MRI, you cannot get doctor to call you back and they treat you like a number. I was so disgusted after two visits, I declined to allow this doctor to operate on my knee and found a different doctor.
