Dr. John Johnston initially appears to care about his patients & he spent a great deal of time my first visit. NEVER in all my years of on/off seeing chiropractors when needed, have I ever encountered a total lack of follow thru, very unprofessional! I called back when returned home as I had problem with adjustment (in a sensitive area I was not initially there for). How many calls must one make? I've called three times and I'm extremely dissapointed. He was rated highly, but from my experiences, a good Dr. cares to follow thru with his patients.

Wow! I had the most incredible new patient experience here of my life! Considering I’m 54 and have had numerous surgeries and hospitalizations, I can say I’m extremely experienced. The staff are very welcoming, professional, and even go out of their way to show you around the office to their restrooms, free beverage center, etc. Then I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. John Johnston himself. He is a consummate professional who has a delightful personality, a keen intellect, and a desire to treat your whole spinal system and you as a whole person, not just a symptom or an illness. I left feeling immensely better and I will absolutely be returning! I cannot recommend him highly enough! Absolutely OUTSTANDING! ??
