Dr. John Walter Kamysz, MD

Referred to Dr. Kamysz by my internist. I knew from initial visit that my ailing back was literally in good hands. Dr. Kamysz thoroughly reviewed my MRI, patiently explained my issues and treatment options. We ultimately decided that an epidural was the best course of action and, in my case, it turned out to be true.

From beginning (office visit) to end (epidural injection), my experience with Dr. Kamysz and his staff was A+. In a world of voicemails and forms, Dr K’s practice is personal, professional on every level. He is thorough in his explanations and positive in his approach to reach the outcome desires

My first appointment today with this physician exceeded all expectations. He was extremely knowledgable and patient in sharing the details and his assessment of my condition, as well as offering options and no pressure best recommendations for treatment. I have never felt my health was in better hands than Dr. Kamysz.

I met Dr.Kamysz a few years ago when my mom was suffering from compression fractures. She was in excruciating pain....every doctor we saw told us the same thing, let it heal and give her more pain pills. I was finally referred to Dr.K and my moms life was changed. His opinion was simple...."why would you ever let somebody suffer like this" I can go on and on but simply put, Dr. K gave my mom the best treatment and end result for the condition she had. He has since treated me,my dad,and my wife, for severe pain.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about... each time I've called, I have spoken to a woman (don't know her age and don't need to know) who could not have been nicer. Both she and Dr. Kamysz are professional, patient and thoughtful. Dr. Kamysz took the time to truly listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I find that very reassuring. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kamysz receptionist is a middle aged man with the personality of an 8 year old. He did not follow through with the pre authorization required by the pharmacy and told me he notified my employer. It cost me an additional $300 on top of the $205 office visit. Total out of pocket for this appointment was $505 because the receptionist here refused to do his part of the pre authorization. Don't go here.
