Dr. John T Kane

The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and inefficient.

Just like the others here, the front desk girl is rude. Would never recommend this practice for that alone.

The girl at the front desk was very rude and slams the phone down once your phone call is done. She acts like everyone is such an inconvenience to her.

The receptionist is very rude. Slams the phone down after every call. I've called to speak with a Dr. two times in one day and got no call back. I've called in pain and get no response. And when you call them back the receptionist acts like you are bothering her.

My father has been going to Dr. Kane for years against the advice of family members to go elsewhere (I left his wife as my dr 20 yrs ago!). He is not thorough at all. Didn't take my dad seriously few years ago when complaining of breathing issues needless to say he ended up having heart attack and needed bypass surgery. He's having problems again and Kane blew him off again even after he can see he clearly can't breath! Horrible doctor.

Rude on the phone, always in a hurry.

Both he and his wife do not take you seriously when you come to them complaining of something wrong and expect blood work to tell them the answer to everything, on top of them telling you the bloodworm came back fine when it didn't. Currently looking for a new Dr, because a doctor should listen to their patients for how long they make them wait in the waiting room. Don't you think you know your body enough to know when something isn't right? And if the tests they run do come up negative and the pain is still there, a doctor should continue working with a patient to find a diagnosis
