John C. Kaufman is the worst doctor you can possibly go to. His license should be banned from practicing! He misdiagnosis patients. He misdiagnoses me.He is very incompetent. His license needs to taken away as soon as possible. His office is very filthy. The staff members are very unkempt. Stay away from Kaufman he is revolting!

Best I've found in NYC. I love his staff... which considering NYC wait times is good. He has a unique sense of humour, which one needs when dealing with embarrassing subject matter. He also finds things other doctors miss. I'm highly grateful for not having a sore throat for the first time in 5 years.

Dr. Kaufman and His nurse Anna, both ensured that I was very comfortable before, during and after a routine colonoscopy. The doctor explained exactly what he was doing before sedating me and what would be done while I was asleep and what to expect after the procedure was over. Great bedside manner. He took the time to explain the result of the test with much patience since I was still a little groggy. Wait time for both visits to his office were no longer than 20 minutes each time.

I love Dr. Kaufman. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and he sincerely cares about his patients. I had an abnormal CT, and he put me at ease by telling me that he did not feel it was anything to worry about, and he ended up being right. I had a routine colonoscopy done at his office, and he and his assistant had a very reassuring and comforting way about them. Dr. Kaufman answered all of my questions, and I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure.

Doctor is OK. Always in a rush but given treatment helped . Make sure to reserve at least 2-3 hours of your day. They should be retrained in scheduling .

They give you an appointment at 10 and you get to see the doctor atleast 3 hours later. And they have really bad attitude.

Unfortunatelythe time limit stops at 1 hour for the question of how long did we have to wait to be seen. But it was over 2 and a half hours later!!!!! Unbelievably incompetent scheduling consults between procedures and they don't even apologize for the delays. I can't belive the cattle farm that is going on here. Stay away and save your copays. The doctor is nice enough but this is no reason to play with your time this way.
