Dr. John Anthony Kline JR., MD

I would give him a 0 if it were an option. I saw him in Harrisburg for an independent review for the insurance company to determine if they needed to continue paying my claim. He saw me for 3 minutes turned me over to someone else to do measurements and did not ask me any questions. He told my insurance that he completely a full exam. He did not.He lied in the report. He documented tests that he did that were not done and now my insurance is going to deny my claim. Do not agree to see this Doctor. He has no medical ethics

Dr. Kline diagnosed my problem in less than 10 minutes.. I had moderate back pain for approximately 6 weeks. I tried Chiro care and various other methods to relieve my pain.. Nothing worked. Dr. Kline examined me and determined that my pain was muscular. He injected the site and I was able to play golf the next day.. I have 0 pain and recommend him for any ailment. He's the best..

Worst doctor! What an imbecile! Did this guy really go to medical school??? I had a broken shoulder with avascular necrosis and this doctor believed that I was over-reacting to pain and should be able to lift up to 20lbs. I had a shoulder replacement done....no, not by him,by a REAL doctor........and I am due in a week for a second surgery. My advise to Dr. John Kline is go back to medical school, learn how to treat patients, even IME patients, with respect.....You lied in the IME report

Most of the staff treats you rudely, Doctor Kline does not listen to your problems, in and out in seconds. Many times prescription is not ready when given a two day notice for refill and you have to make another trip to get it. Wasting your time and your money they don't care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Visited with Dr. Kline for IME. The guy is a complete hack for the insurance company. Didn't listen to a word I said. Had me do a few tests. Walking in an exam room I could take about 5 steps in one direction. Heel-to-toe I fell over and he caught me. Took some measurements of my legs and arms. Sure, you can go back to work! I guess he had a crystal ball connected to Prudential's office I didn't know about. Absolute joke. But, he got paid and that's all that matters. Looking forward to having him under oath. Bet he changes his tune then. What a schmuck!

Lied in in IME report

I was already A patient for some time of Dr Kline, I broke my back in 3 places and was told to call my pain management doctor for medication, his front staff told me he was on vacation and that I should call my PCP for pain meds. I did that and then saw him when he came back, I told him exactly what happened, and what I was told to do he told me that he had a doctor on call for him while he was on vacation and I explained to him his staff did not tell me that! 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail, he would no longer see me because of his staffs mistake in not telling me about his on call Dr. And in fact instructed me to call my PCP! Upon receiving the letter I called the office upset and angry that I was being blamed for their mistakes and being released as his patient they informed me not only was I not allowed to see dr. Kline but I was now banned from seeing other doctors in the medical group. And they did not have to explain their selves and Dr Kline did not have to explain… himself nor talk to me about anything. All because he has an unprofessional staff and he's an uncaring jerk of a doctor

Kline refused to listen to me when I complained of new pain. He refused to order testing or provide me with any treatment options. He barely listed and blew me off. Well, it turned out I did have an injury. Kline has shown himself to be completely lacking in compassion and kindness, or even show a minimal amount of empathy. A horrible doctor --why even become one if you treat patients like a number, or more appropriately, the best way to pay off the vacation home.

My opinion of Dr Kline is very simple. He does what he needs to and manages my pain appropriately. I have seen other people say they've had bad experiences or he blatantly lied to them. I cannot attest for anyone else's experiences with him. I can however say he doesn't hound me with monthly appointments and they are always very prompt with refills or medication changes that are sometimes needed. He doesn't always seem very concerned about everything you have to say but in my experience with doctors I'm just happy he makes eye contact and answers my questions. I hope this review is helpful.
