Dr. John Randal Kludt, MD

Dr. John Kludt is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. With more than five decades of medical practice, he brings extensive experience to comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. Kludt is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to serve diverse communities throughout Georgia.

Dr. Kludt practices at Good Samaritan Health Center locations in Norcross and Lawrenceville, and maintains hospital privileges at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. He focuses on managing diabetes, including Type 2 diabetes in both adults and younger patients, as well as treating high blood pressure. His practice includes performing blood glucose monitoring and general blood work to help patients maintain their health and manage chronic conditions effectively.
