Dr. John Carroll Knippers, MD

My son was a transfer pt to Dr. Knippers, and I think he is just a spectacular pediatrician with the few appointments I’ve had so far. Compared to my son’s previous ped, Dr. Knippers was very flexible (let me son sit on my lap for the examination due to some stranger anxiety), and did not seem quick to “diagnose” a “problem.” For example, instead of asking lots of detailed questions about my sons development, he simply asked if I had any concerns, and then he addressed those concerns. It put me at ease, whereas with my previous pediatrician, I felt anxious that if I answered a question a certain way, she would be quick to look for delays or other problems. So I guess it depends on what type of doctor you prefer. I loved my experience with Dr. Knippers and would highly recommend.

Horrible office staff! Been trying to get referral to specialist for months. After repeated calls to their office and still no referral, we are changing physicians. Doctor is great, which is unfortunate for him, because his staff is horrible. Completely disorganized, no follow up from them at all, even asked to speak with administrator and never got a call back.

Dr. Knippers is amazing!! So are his nurses!! But his office staff is awful. The front desk girl is rude and very unhelpful, dealing with that kind of unprofessionalism is why several people I know stopped going to him. It's unfortunate because he is a great Doctor!

He is the only doctor I enjoy going to. My sister was the first one to use him and now me and my nieces see him.

Positively FANTASTIC doctor for kiddos!! God has given Dr. Knippers a special gift for treating kids. Wish we would've come to him sooner.

He actually cares about his patients. I would know he was my doctor as a child and now takes care of my children. I couldn't refer a better doctor or nicer person. I trust my kids lives in his hands. His bedside manner really makes going to the doctor, not such a scary thing for a kid. Bless his heart!!!

I love him. He always makes a bird sound in my ear when he checks them. He is so funny too.

Dr. Knippers was an excellent physician, for 19 years my boys always looked forward to their visits with Dr. Knippers.

I do NOT recommend Dr John Knippers. He is very unprofessional with his patients family members. He has no medical ethics and his conduct is very disturbed. If you would like a date with a married man than this would be the place to go. Good Luck
