Dr. John A Koschak, MD

My mother was scheduled for a home visit with Dr. Koschak today. He was scheduled to arrive at 1:30 PM but instead came at 12:30 PM. My mother had fallen and her aide was locked out waiting on EMS to respond to her 911 call. Rather than stay to assist EMS, he simply left and said to her aide he’d call to reschedule. I called him, and he returned my call. My mother has dementia and had reservations about going with the EMTs to the ER; because of her refusal to be examined at the ER, Dr. Koschak would not reschedule today. Mind you, she fell because her nails are so long that it’s impeding her already limited mobility, which will continue to happen until her nails are trimmed. His gross lack of want to participate with and assist in my mother’s care is why I strongly discourage you from seeking treatment with this practitioner.
