The good news is Dr K has a great approach, tries his best to put together a game plan. Unfortunately his staff make that near to impossible to take place. Front staff is actually unsettling, they like to talk about you as if you aren't there, and heaven forbid they forget something because you go to the bottom of their stack. For me personally it has meant 3 visits with wait times in excess of ONE hour, only to be told :the Dr has no other patients, we can see you right away". Don't be silly enough to think your records will be at your referral physician a month later, nope, that's another dept, that didn't happen either (200 mile drive for nothing). After 3 appts, 1 referral I would have to say if you're not in a hurry he is thorough, if you can make it through the front desk and remember to get copies of ALL tour records & carry them with you it might just work out.
