We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kuo and the team at IVF Fertility Center. Dr. Kuo is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in his approach. We never felt rushed or pushed through the process. Instead, he took the time to carefully consider every decision and do as much as reasonably possible to improve our chances of success. Our care coordinator, Eliana, was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. As the partner, I especially appreciated the time she took to teach me how to administer injections and help me understand each step of the process. Communication was excellent throughout. Having a group text with Dr. Kuo, Eliana, my partner, and me made it easy to get answers and feel supported every step of the way. We were fortunate to welcome our daughter as a result of this journey, but I would recommend Dr. Kuo and his team regardless of the outcome. After two years of treatment, multiple ERA cycles, and two failed embryo transfers before finally achieving a successful twin pregnancy, I can honestly say that I am beyond grateful for Dr. Kuo and my coordinator, Eliana. Infertility is one of the most emotionally and physically challenging journeys a person can experience, and throughout every setback, Dr. Kuo never treated me like just another patient. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Eliana. She has been an absolute angel throughout this entire process. She was always responsive, kind, patient, and supportive, answering countless questions and helping me navigate every step of treatment. During times when I felt overwhelmed or discouraged, her reassurance and encouragement meant more than she probably realizes. Because of Dr. Kuo’s expertise and Eliana’s unwavering support, I am now expecting twins, something I once feared might never happen. I will forever be grateful for the care, dedication, and compassion they showed me throughout this journey. Dr. John Kuo, MD, PhD, and Elaina are an exceptional medical team. In 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was diagnosed with stage 3c2 endometrial cancer. My oncologists provided me with a limited timeframe of five weeks to preserve my eggs. Dr. Kuo made an exception and accepted my case. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, candor, and meticulous attention to detail. He consistently goes above and beyond his responsibilities.Four and a half years later, Dr. Kuo assisted us with our surrogate, who resided in Arizona. She visited us several times, and the remainder of the process was managed remotely via phone calls. The fertility clinic we collaborated with highly regarded Dr. Kuo as the most meticulous physician they have ever encountered. His expertise is unquestionable. In the future, I intend to seek Dr. Kuo’s medical attention for my second surrogate. I am deeply grateful for his unwavering support and guidance, which have enabled me to fulfill my dreams. We have been working with Dr. Kuo, Eliana and the team for a few years now and have a beautiful toddler today. With their help, I am now pregnant with my second child! Their professionalism and dedication has always been top notch and Dr. Kuo really does care to make sure everything is optimized to give us our best chances. We had a long journey with infertility and went to another IVF clinic before seeing Dr. Kuo. At this other place, we were just sardines in a factory line, but did not know any better at the time. After spending so much money on unsuccessful retrievals and transfers at this place, we decided to seek out Dr. Kuo. He managed to get multiple embryos on the first try. Even after graduating from their clinic, he checked in to make sure everything was ok with the pregnancy. Infertility can be a journey with many disappointments as things do not always go perfectly as we wish for, but Dr. Kuo and his team really cared and supported us through hard times and they are… genuinely happy with all of our successes.

I’m writing this review while holding my 3 month old baby in my arms and it still feels surreal. Our fertility journey was long, exhausting, and at times, heartbreaking. We saw multiple doctors across LA, went through countless tests, and still had no clear answers as to why we couldn’t get pregnant. It was one of the most frustrating and lonely experiences we’ve ever been through. Finding Dr. Kuo was truly the turning point for us and without a doubt, the best decision we made. From day one, his entire team made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Everyone in the office is so warm and kind. Eliana was always there for me, whether it was answering questions, offering reassurance, or just being a steady support throughout the process. What really stood out to me was how much they respected our time and emotions. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for appointments, and every visit felt intentional and personal. Dr. Kuo walked with us through every single step of… the IVF journey. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also deeply compassionate. He answered my texts even after hours and on weekends, which meant so much during moments of anxiety and uncertainty. We never felt alone in this process. There aren’t enough words to fully express how grateful we are for him and his team. If you’re feeling burnt out, discouraged, or losing hope trying to find the right doctor, please don’t give up. I know how hard it is. But finding the right team can change everything.

I’m filled with gratitude for both the doctor Kuo and the assistant Clarissa. A few years ago, I went to a different IVF clinic, and the doctor there was not supportive at all — they didn’t even remember me between visits, so I had to explain my symptoms from the beginning every single time. Because of that experience, I was very careful when choosing a new IVF clinic. A friend recommended doctor Kuo to me, and I truly believe I was lucky to find such an amazing doctor. I feel very reassured knowing that I can contact the doctor directly via text whenever something comes up. Clarissa has also been incredibly kind and supportive, which allowed me to go through the IVF process without anxiety. Thanks to both of them, I was able to get pregnant and graduate from the program after just one transfer. I definitely plan to come back to doctor Kuo when we try for our second baby.

Dr. Kuo is hands down one of the best doctors! Him and Clarissa, our coordinator, are super knowledgeable, caring, and actually take the time to listen. You never feel rushed, and they explain everything in a way that makes sense. They genuinely care about their patients and always go the extra mile to ensure the best treatment. We found Dr. Kuo’s team during our IVF search and could not believe they had 5/5 reviews on every platform we saw. Upon reading the reviews we were very excited to start our fertility journey with IVF Fertility Center. We had a really great first impression of how organized and efficient their office runs, from the first phone call with our coordinator Blue who is very knowledgeable in answering a lot of questions. I love how Dr. Kuo actually reviewed all my previous medical records before our first consultation, he explained all the options to us patiently and answered all our questions in all the visits. They truly are the top top notch team, Dr Kuo and Blue added us in a group chat so we can ask questions and get updates in real time, they’re literally there 24/7! I felt so safe and supported following their advice. Blue also does her best to help us save money, submitting to insurance for us even though they don’t have the obligation to do so since they’re out of network. Dr.… Kuo’s clinic is spotless, friendly, and most importantly the most efficient clinic I have seen so far while at the same time making you feel you’re the only patient they’re seeing that day. We were always so excited to see them because they greet you like family, and they made us feel they’re a supportive family that wants us to succeed. It was a long drive for us to the clinic but every visit was so worth it! We got pregnant right before we were about to officially start the cycle, and we felt this was a miracle brought by Dr. Kuo, his aura! We love his team so much that when we found out the good news we were almost a bit disappointed that we won’t be going through this journey with them together, but they were so kind to actually follow our pregnancy until about 12 weeks (so we had time to transition to a local OB). During early pregnancy, we did 3 ultrasounds with Dr. Kuo, and he was closely following my blood tests and making medication adjustments to make sure we safely pass the most precarious time of the pregnancy. No words can express enough of our gratitude to their team during that 1st trimester. When we transitioned to our local OB, he gave us a very detailed and personalized discharge instruction, and our complete medical record to bring to the next provider to ensure a smooth transition. I have to say as a physician myself, that was the most comprehensive but succinct medical record I have read, every word is necessary and sufficient with no redundancy. I was almost moved to tears by the amount of care and details he put into his notes— especially the updates in between visits, all taken out of his unbillable time, his personal time. He sets the example of how all health providers should strive to treat their patients, be meticulous in details including note taking, and really do what’s best for the patient (being practical, no fluff). I now see him as my role model, I want to be more like him in my clinical care. Of course, the IVF Fertility Center would not be this successful if Dr. Kuo didn’t have such an equally wonderful team. Everyone there is extremely attentive and detail oriented. I am a very detail oriented person so I get irritated by all the careless mistakes I find in the medical field, so when I saw a lot of their clinic reviews were focused on how detail oriented their clinic is, that was the main reason we reached out to them. We mainly worked with Blue as our clinic coordinator. She is like a super kind big sister that I could ask any questions. When we were trying to track ovulation with LH strips, she would look at our everyday photos and help pinpoint the date we most likely ovulated. My fertility journey began in 2021, and like many, it was filled with highs and lows. I was initially told everything looked fine, only to later hear from another doctor that I would never get pregnant naturally. When I decided to pursue IVF, I started with a well-known doctor who, unfortunately, was overwhelmed with too many patients and couldn’t give my case the attention it needed. My egg count was declining rapidly, yet I was encouraged to proceed with a round despite the low numbers. When all of our embryos came back with genetic defects, we were devastated and also learned that we might have underlying genetic issues to consider. This doctor initially told me I could proceed with implantation, only to retract that statement days later. Feeling lost, I was unsure if I should continue with another round—until my… mom found Dr. Kuo. She discovered glowing reviews from patients who had similar challenges, including low egg counts and genetic concerns, yet had success with him. From the very first consultation, I knew he was different. Dr. Kuo is incredibly methodical, patient, and genuinely cares about every single person he works with. He limits the number of patients he takes on so that he can be fully present for each of them. Once you are under his care, he creates a group chat where you can reach him and his nurses 24/7—something that made an immeasurable difference during such a stressful process. Dr. Kuo also understands the financial burden of IVF and will never push you into a cycle unless he truly believes it’s the right decision. He takes his time, but that patience is what makes him exceptional. After three rounds of IVF, he was able to get us pregnant with our ONE embryo. Dr. Kuo is nothing short of a miracle worker.
