not his patient, but my dentist do his billing through this practice and they charge 3% for paying credit card. No other medical practitioner that I know do this.

Going to Dr Labriola and Northern Virginia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any sort of medical professional and his office.

Very bad experience dealing with that office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Labriola for the past three years. He had completed a number of implants for me. At each visit I was treated extremely well by his staff and all the procedures were carried out with very little if any pain. The speed and comfort removes fear of the procedures.

Dr. LaBriola, I feel, spent as little time as possible with me the patient on my 3 visits. He spent more time chit-chatting it up with the nurses\technicians in the hallway than with me that had nothing to do with medicine. Frankly I found him rather cold. He was more interested in being paid than my issues. I was told by him personally that my Medicare, Medical or Dental Care Insurance would not cover any of my needed procedure and that I would need to pay fully up front before he could help me. Then I was asked to provide them with all my insurance information. (strange huh?) Months later I found out his office filed for and received partial payment from my Dental Insurance company. When I showed up at the office to asked about this I was treated poorly by the staff person and given the run around. I asked why they insisted on getting my insurance info in the first place since I paid up front? Why the double billing? She couldn't provide me with a reasonable answer only to say they… would send the money back to the insurance company. Moths later I received a partial payment check from the insurance company. I have since moved on to another Doctor...
