Dr. John M Laird, MD

Dr. Laird is a very caring doctor who has the best in bedside manners and truly knows his field. He took his time with me during my initial visit to fully understand my medical history and asked many questions that no other doctor has ever done. He makes you feel important and spends quality time with his patients as he tries to get to the root of the problem. I like that his office is small and personable. His staff is awesome!!!

He is a poor communicator when it comes to letter writing. He never responds to letters written to him.

If I could give this Wonderful Doctor a 10 star rating, I would. Dr. Laird has the gift of experience, common sense, humor, decades of understanding masked (hidden) conditions in his patients. He has been, literally, a God send for me, as he truly saved my life, twice in the past 10 years. I'm so grateful that he's my doctor. When I ended up in an ICU at a hospital on a Saturday morning 18 months ago, because of a life threating allergic reaction, to which there was No Antidote (!), Dr. Laird left his Med. School Reunion, was during a football game at Mizzou, to drive back home and take care of me! What a lovely man, and a fine, fine doctor. My family and I think this man must walk on water! His office staff are all caring, kind people as well, they have been with Dr. Laird forever, it seems, and they make you feel better, just by talking to you! Bless all of them.
