Dr. John Douglas Langford, MD

He is rude, uncaring and doesn't communicate the procedure or the outcome. He put stints in tear ducts and accused me of pulling one out 3 days after surgery. Had a problem during surgery and refused any pain relief. He scolded me when I called him at home and complained to me about other patients. I finally reminded him I was not his wife or child nut a paying patient that put a roof over his head and food on his table Never have I spoke to a dr that way. Stay away

Functionality of the procedure rates a 2; he fixed the issue leading to the procedure but caused other physical problems. Cosmetically the results rate a ZERO! It is so bad that I have contacted oculoplastic surgeons in Chicago to try to fix this mess. Unfortunately for a revision they will not even see me till 9-12 months after surgery to insure complete healing but worse it is likely they will not be able to fix it. Once you cut skin out you can't put it back. So probably till the day I die every time I look in a mirror I will see Dr. Langford's poor work, a lopsided eye with minimal lid. I am so very depressed, it's all I think about.

I had tear duct surgery that dint work. Very uncaring Dr. I been back twice still dont work. Had to see another Surgeon. Best to have surgery in Chicago. Drs in Indiana sucks and i dealt with a lot of them. They just after money what a waste of time and money

Monica at the office in Munster Indiana is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office if surgery was free!

I had surgery on my eye for ptosis. The day of my surgery, I was number three of three surgeries set up at the same time. By the time the dr got to me, the numbing medicine had begun to wear off. The surgery was painful and to top it off, wasn't done with care. I require additional surgery on my eye to remove excess skin that should have been removed at the time of surgery. I felt like he had an assembly line arrangement and didn't have much concern for the patient's outcome.

Great Doctor who was excellent with my daughter starting at 6 months old. She had surgery to correct her crossed eyes and I couldn't be happier with the results or the service we received.

Dr. was nice enough but the whole staff were the rudest I've ever come in contact with. Office Manager was the worst, acted like she shouldn't have to deal with people, was treated like a third class citizen. RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!! Would be looking for a new job if I were her boss.
